We had a terrific time during Winter Workshops at North Park! This is a terrific day when all of the boys and girls get to choose special workshops to go to! It's a whole day of fun and learning new things! Mrs. R and Mrs. M taught the boys and girls all about the circus and we got to play too! We learned how to spin a plate (not a real one - just a plastic one thank goodness!), juggle, use angel sticks, spin a diablo, balance a feather, and even walk on the high wire! (well, it wasn't a real wire, and it wasn't too high, but it was still fun!). Later in the day, Mrs. R. took us to some of the different workshops and all of the boys and girls were having so much fun! (us too!) Mrs. S. was teaching everyone all about making healthy snacks, other boys and girls were learning about yoga, chess, making all kinds of holiday decorations, and playing so many new games!
